Practical Guidelines for Suntanning

In order to correctly build up your suntan, you should observe the following guidelines:

1.  Determine your skin type by means of the enclosed tables
2.  Check for the type of lamp installed in your tanning bed
3.  Observe strictly the exposure times recommended for your skin type, related to the type of lamp in your bed
4.  The indicated exposure time being, for instance, 10 minutes, means that you may tan 10 minutes
5.  Should you, after a few hours, notice any signs of sunburn, delay your next session for 48 hours or until these signs of sunburn have disappeared.  The restart by shortening your tanning session by a few minutes.

For exposure times, see the chart on the previous page.  This unit is designed for use by one person at a time.   The humans skin's reaction to natural sunlight varies depending upon the skin type.  Its reaction tot he tanning process varies to some extent.  You should therefor attmept to find the appropriate expsure time that is suitable for your skin.

ATTENTION:  First expsure times, descrease following the guidelines on the time table on this unit.
