(ONE word or zipcode works best)  If you have a different SHIP TO and BILLING zip code or name, you may need to try both.  Then select your name from the list.  It usually takes 24 to 48 hours after you order for your name to appear on this list.

The day your tanning bed shipped, we sent an email to your email address on record with very detailed information.  You can also check out our FAQ area for more information regarding shipments.  This tracker ONLY supplies tracking information for tanning beds, and not lamps, lotions or parts.

You should the trucking company immediately for an estimated time for delivery, as well as to get any special instructions.  Normally a phone call to us is not needed unless there is a problem. Please note that the database is not updated until your bed has shipped. The website should indicate the availability of your bed, which can vary from next day to 2-3 weeks, depending upon time of year and model. If there are questions, call us at 1-800-274-1744 and ask for the Shipping Department.
